SMS Terms

Program description

TB Lewis Advisory sends conversational and informational text messages to clients, prospective clients and household members who have agreed to receive them. Messages include replies to your texts, scheduling and appointment coordination, project and task updates, reminders, and confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You opt in by giving verbal consent, in person or during a call with Thayne Lewis, after being told what the messages are for, how often they may come and how to opt out. You may also start a conversation by texting our number. We send a confirmation message when you join.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply START to rejoin.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
